…is Manu’s history
Along with the first perfumes of his “Grand-Mère” among fire, pots and pans, smoke… he grew a passion for cuisine. After studying
gastronomy in France and acquiring professional knowledge through working worldwide, including Buenos Aires (Alvear Palace Hotel, La Bourgogne) he visited Patagonia and the end of the world with its local products like King crab,
Patagonian toothfish, wide trout made him fall in love with this
“Southern Paradise”.
After two years in Ushuaia, in October 1999 he fulfilled his dream when he opened his own
restaurant “Chez Manu”, where he has been exploring and discovering the Patagonian natural resourses.
